Do you love Escape Rooms and want your kids to start joining in the fun?! With this game you can introduce your kids early to how Escape Rooms work. Easy to interact and user friendly with amazing designs and sounds to keep your child playing! Dedicated to a younger audience, of 6 - 8 years of age, you can watch and help you kid solve puzzles and learn new things along the way. Like math, colors, and SPACE! Why not give it a wave?

Story

You are trapped in your room locked by your parents because you still have to take care of school work before you can go outside to see your friends. What they don't know is that you have a key of your own and you have secrets hidden in your room in order to unlock the door and escape. Solve all of the puzzles in order to go outside and play with your friends.

How to Play

You must try to escape the room by solving different puzzles, such as mathematical problems, spatial views, scientific such as nature, memory, along with others. Look around the room for clues that you can use to unlock boxes to gather new clues to eventually find the key to go outside and play!

Artwork (design)

Be mostly edited items within the Scratch website. Made mostly on my own with a few Scratch sprites.

Characters

Main Character - You in a FPP using the mouse to click around.

Level Design

A 4x4 room with different items that a typical room would have.

Global Elements

The environment is your bedroom with four walls.
Boxes
Boxes are a purple color with red velvet inside. Some are even hidden away.

Audio & Sound F/x

Just small sounds that are mostly chimes (gathering the key, finding a clue, solving a puzzle), along with chairs moving, dresser drawers opening, etc.

lo-fi, classical, something in these categories.

Menu Fx

There will be elements in the game, such as the arrows above, that will make sound when you click on them. This will help you know that it should be working and doing what it's suppose to do if you hear a sound and nothing is happening.

Just a mouse and keyboard along with a computer and internet access.

Development

Develop all within Scratch website. They have their own programming to manage. The art, can be done itself as well. Didn't use any other resources outside from scratch besides music.
